By creating an account, submitting content, or otherwise using CoC Hub, you agree to these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of CoC Hub after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

CoC Hub is a community platform designed to connect members of the Church of Christ community. Our services include:

• A searchable directory of Church of Christ congregations
• An events listing platform for spiritual gatherings, revivals, conferences, and workshops
• A music library of acapella hymns and spiritual songs
• A member directory for registered users
• Tools to submit congregation, event, and program information

You must be at least 13 years of age to use CoC Hub. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. Users under 18 should have parental or guardian consent before submitting personal information.

To access certain features, including the member directory, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are found to be fraudulent.

CoC Hub allows users to submit congregation details, events, programs, music, and other content. By submitting content, you:

• Represent that you have the right to submit and share the content
• Grant CoC Hub a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute the content on the platform
• Agree that the content is accurate and not misleading
• Acknowledge that submitted content may be reviewed and moderated before or after publication

You retain ownership of your submitted content. We do not claim ownership over congregation listings, event details, or music you submit.

You agree not to use CoC Hub to:

• Post false, misleading, or deceptive information about congregations or events
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users or community members
• Submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or violates any third-party rights
• Upload copyrighted music or content without proper authorization
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, its systems, or other users' accounts
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to collect data without permission
• Impersonate any person, congregation, or organization
• Use the platform for commercial solicitation unrelated to Church of Christ community activities

CoC Hub and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CoC Hub and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The CoC Hub name, logo, and design elements may not be used without prior written permission.

Acapella hymns and music made available on the platform are shared for community edification. Users who submit music represent that they hold the rights or have appropriate licenses to share such content.

CoC Hub strives to maintain accurate congregation and event information; however, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any listing. We recommend verifying event details directly with the hosting congregation. CoC Hub is not responsible for cancelled or modified events.

The platform may contain links to third-party websites or resources. These links are provided for convenience only. CoC Hub does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites.

CoC Hub is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoC Hub and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We may suspend or terminate your access to CoC Hub at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, the community, or the platform.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of CoC Hub shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.
